LASER SURGERY
ENT surgery with laser technology
Laser surgery is increasingly affirming and spreading in various sectors and branches of medicine; thanks to the laser beam it interacts in a direct way with the tissues through their coagulation of the proteins and this allows minimally invasive interventions with faster recovery times.
The times for post-operative healing are faster than the classic surgery and the hemorrhagic phenomena are much reduced.
In particular laser surgery is used:
- in the pathology of the laryngeal district (supraglottis, glottal plane and vocal cords)
- in nasosinus diseases (lysis of cicatricial sinechisms, neoplastic lesions)
- in diseases of the oral cavity (benign lesions, precancerous lesions, malignant tumors, sleep surgery)
